Researchers in Canada have provided support for the roles of leadership type and autonomy levels in the development of team potency (Boies, Lvina, & Martens, 2010; Rousseau & Aubé, 2013).
In addition to identifying team autonomy as a positive ante- cedent, Rousseau and Aubé (2013) found that team potency can reduce levels of absenteeism among team members.
